Peter, what kind of judgments do you like best?

I like judgments where the judgment debtor or business doesn't think anyone has the skills to enforce it. And, they are surprised.

I'll add that these judgment debtors often have additional judgments against them. So, after I enforce the first one, I contact the other creditors and tell them I've just collected on this one, and if they'd like to sign on, I'll enforce their judgment in the order in which it is assigned to me.

Oh, one more thing. The experience of people who have been in this business for some time, including me, is that after a judgment is enforced, judgment debtors will sometimes call and say something like, "Hey, I've got my own judgment to collect. Can you help?"
