Peter, you know this if the first time I have been really excited about something new in a long time and I am finding Judgment Enforcement (especially after reading your Citizen's Guide) fascinating. I run a small finance company and I have about 15 clients that owe me money and now I understand the process of how to collect from them. Even though the potential judgments are small (2k - 5k), every one of those that I collect is considered pure profit to me. The kicker is that if I get good at this I have business partners that have over 100 clients to collect from and it may be profitable for me to do - and it will be money I make on the side!

I was told that the way to locate judgments was by going to the courthouse to look for them, and then writing letters to the creditors. I didn't know that was the old way to do it. Thanks for showing me how to do it from my desk with just the professional databases and my phone! |

This was funny. I bought a different course, and then had to call back and ask the sales girl what a 3rd party claim was. She didn't have a clue. I hung up and called Peter instead, and he knew what to do right away. I got my money after that, and bought his course right away.
