-liens already against the debtor
-other judgments against the debtor
-previous bankruptcies
-professional licenses
-and much, much more

These are mostly free resources. It will take some searching, but it's really worth it. Much more information in my Step-by-Step Course.
Remember, if you are in the JR business,
then you have access to even
better (much better!) private investigator resources by subscription. The sames ones I subscribe to.
I list and describe them fully in my Step-by-Step Course,
and provide ongoing daily support.
They say you can search for "free," and you can,
but then you have to pay if you want the information you searched for.
My experience is that these pay sites promise much more than they deliver, and
overall are quite disappointing.
If you are in the JR business, these pay sites are simply too expensive for your everyday research on debtors. You need the best professional databases available to you as a JR businessperson.
