Enforcing your judgments means you MUST have the best knowledge
about how to collect, and the best information about the debtor
You don't want to be frustrated and making mistakes.

You want to be able to find
-real property
-personal property
-possible employment
-financial information
-liens already against the debtor
-other judgments against the debtor
-previous bankruptcies
-professional licenses
-and much, much more

Here is some search information by each state that
I've collected over the years.  More to come each day.
These are mostly free resources.   It will take some searching, but it's really worth it.  Much more information in my Step-by-Step Course.

Remember, if you are in the JR business,
then you have access to even
better (much better!) private investigator resources by subscription.  The sames ones I subscribe to.
I list and describe them fully in my Step-by-Step Course,
and provide ongoing daily support.

I encourage you not to use the pay sites like www.intelius.com/, www.peoplelookup.com, www.peoplefinders.com/, etc.
They say you can search for "free,"  and you can,
but then you have to pay if you want the information you searched for.
My experience is that these pay sites promise
much more than they deliver, and
overall are quite disappointing.

If you are in the JR business, these pay sites are simply too expensive for your everyday research on debtors.  You need the best professional databases available to you as a JR businessperson.

If you are enforcing your own judgment only, then much more information is available about these resources in my
